Exceptional
A hidden gem
Liked: Location location location! Tucked away right in the middle of shops & cafes. Easy walk to the lake front. Room was a good size, breakfast decent. The road is serviceable by taxis too. The reception was manned by 2 exceptional people...Maurice & Sofia.( hope I have got the names right )They went out of their way to help make our stay smooth... from booking us taxis to trying to find us good restaurants and many more things. Thank you to both of you!
Lovely stay in great location with very helpful staff
Liked: Really friendly and helpful staff, amazing location
Disliked: Twin beds extremely narrow/ small and towels small
A fantastic location run by lovely people and a very comfortable place to stay
Liked: The rims were very comfortable, the staff were absolutely delightful. I quite liked the modest breakfast and it was an amazing location and good value for money.
Disliked: I loved the property, but next to my room was a room with the cleaning products and so the door constantly slammed heavily. I got used to it but it would be nice to find a way for that door to be permanently open and not heavily slamming all the time. It’s just a little thing. Everything else was perfect.
Liked: Great location and helpful staff
Disliked: No one came in to our room to clean/empty bins/make the bed one day
Excellent location with exceptional staff
Liked: Location was excellent and had extremely helpful - going over and beyond what was expected
Disliked: Nothing
Oh an enjoyable holiday made memorable with a stay at 73 Boutique Hotel
Liked: Location was perfect in the heart of the City and easy to get around. Breakfast was very good, and staff are an asset for the hotel. keep it up. Will be recommended to friends and relatives. Dietry needs were also catered for.
Disliked: The size of the room lacked a bit of space. While the shower floor tends to be a bit slippery
