Liked: Fabulous place in great location right in the center of town. Paola at the front desk was phenomenal in so many ways, and went way over and above to help us when our driver did not show up as expected. She is truly a very sweet and caring person!!
The staff were very helpful, I felt safe in the building, it was a lovely location in Como
Liked: The breakfast was only fair. They was plenty of fresh fruit but it was always too hard to eat. Day after day. A fresh fruit cocktail would have been better. Also it’s nice to have some cherry tomatoes snd cucumber. The coffee was delicious.

Wonderful experience and if we revisit will stay at the same hotel
Liked: Location was great. 15 minutes walk from railway station. Piazza at front with hotels restaurant for breakfast & meals. Continental breakfast was great with good selection and the staff were wonderful and so keen to make sure you enjoyed your stay. Highly recommended. Note: As an advisement, be aware the top floor suite is not served by the lift as it is an old building, so the lift motor room is on the same floor as the suite. It was no problem to us and the staff if needed will carry any luggage up the last flight of stairs
