Exceptional
Lovely place under the roof in the Center of Como
Liked: The apartment is on the 2nd floor, very lovely, it is elegantly designed, spacious and comfortable. It has a balkony too which is a nice feature. We found everything we needed to prepare dinner and breakfast in the well-equipped kitchen. Coffee, tea and water were offered which was a very nice touch. Our host Nic was absolutely serviceable, responsed immediately and kindly to all our questions. The location is a rare chance to be super central to the old town and lake front and still enjoy the quiet of a former convent building complex. The parking space directly in the inner courtyard was a big plus. We totally loved our stay, fully recommand the apartment and will surely book again if we have the chance to return to Como. Thanks Nic!

Liked: Very nice apartment with everything needed. Location was perfect, next to the historic centre.
Disliked: The apartment is on the second floor with quite some steps. Wouldn't suite anyone who has trouble with stairs. For us it worked out well. From outside the building looks a little old, but the apartment is very nicely renovated.

Great stay in excellent location
Liked: Our family of three had a lovely stay at Apartment 123. It was centrally located, with a very short walk to the lake and to the cathedral and the many cafes and restaurants around it. The apartment, in a classic old building, is modern, comfortable, and very well equipped. There is secure parking in the courtyard below. The owner, Nic, is very nice and easy to coordinate with. I’d recommend this place highly.
