Not clean and no value for money
Liked: No value for money and not clean
Disliked: Bad network and bad customer service. No value for money and the owner was just trying everything to make more money from me by saying I need to give the person that came to open door for me money for transportation and I also need to pay city tax after paying for my full accommodation
The apartment was really nice and spacious - great for the size of our group
Liked: It was really well located - only a short 5 minute walk into the town. Air conditioning was nice and the apartment was big and spacious for our group.
Disliked: It could've been a little clearer that access to the pool did not come with the accommodation, but is rather the town's lido that costs per hour/half day/day to get into (up to EUR 23 for a day) and is about a 10 minute walk away. Federico was helpful with questions etc, but there were quite a few house rules/maintenance to do during the stay such as emptying the air conditioning overflow each day.
Overall everyone in our party (8) had a comfortable room and was in a convenient location for our itinerary
Liked: The location was great, and the apartment was spacious.  We liked having a dishwasher and washer.  The apartment has an amazing view! 
Disliked: Only Wi-Fi service in the main, living room. Had to empty three sprinkling cans for the air conditioning drainage twice per day. Recycling needed to be meticulously separated.

Five friends on an active lake Como trip
Liked: Spacious apartment with possibility to arrange 5 separate bedrooms for us 5 friends. Terrace with beautiful views - around most of the apartment and also large table outside. Only a few minutes walk from nice restaurants in Cernobbio. Friendly and quick replies from the host and great tips for the visits around lake Como! Thank you for the memorable & friendly stay!
