Liked: The location was fantastic. The apartment was quaint and very nice and had everything I needed.
Disliked: The problem was the use of Fabric sprays on absolutely every surface, including curtains, shower, curtain sheets, towels, sofa everything had a very strong smell of cleaning solution, which they may have thought was fragrance. I found it to be quite toxic and was unable to finish my visit there unfortunately. I mentioned it immediately on Monday when I arrived and they said that everything was organic and that they could not replace the sheets until Thursday or Friday. After airing it out and washing the sheets on my own, I still was unable to sleep. They did not offer me another apartment, which probably would've had the same strong chemicals in it anyway nor did they offer me a partial refund since I only stayed one night. I mentioned that I couldn't stay there and that I would be leaving on Tuesday and then that was when they said they could bring some other sheets. But I had already changed my flight and scheduled an Uber back to MXP. Like I said, bringing other sheets would not have solved the problem since the whole place was sprayed down in a spray that she showed me when I ask her about it. I have stayed all over the world and I have never had that level of toxicity sprayed all over the everything in the apartment. I own a spa and salon and we have a lot of linens and we don't use anything with any fragrance because a lot of people are allergic to that. I mentioned that to him and he disagreed with me 100% and said that his laundry service uses only organic fragrance free, which was a complete fallacy lie.
A unique place
Liked: Cernobbio is the perfect place to relax and go boating around Lake Como. The apartment I was in is wonderful. I felt the care of the owners. It was an unforgettable stay and I will definitely go back there.

Liked: Beautiful clean and comfortable apartment. Location superb.
Disliked: Internet was very weak and signal would drop out regularly. There was renovations going on in building in apartment below and we did not get informed before our stay. And paid a full rate. Water was switched off due to the renovations below, from 9am to 3pm. The air conditioning was preset wrongly on heat instead of cool for a day and night during our stay, which may have had something to do with the renovations and although the hosts were extremely apologetic and acted quickly to rectify when we informed them, it was still a ashame as it was very hot.
Comfortable, clean, convenient and well stocked home
Liked: Very comfortable property. So convenient to the ferry, restaurants and shopping. The home is fully equipped with everything you need.
Everything was great
Liked: Very nice apartment, has really everything that is needed. Very clean! The location is absolutely top! 20 m to the lake. Parking in a private garage, just a few meters away. Max is a very friendly, helpful and nice host.
Enjoyable few days in a lovely village on Como
Liked: Easy location to ferry, pool and public transport. Safe and secure, quiet. Enjoyed breakfasts at nearby bakery.
