Enjoyable. Nice clean property
Liked: Nice sized property for our group of 11.
Disliked: We spent a lot on Ubers to get us to Central Como
Not recommended!
Liked: although this place is located in a sketchy/shabby area, it is very close to a bus station which makes traveling very easy.
Disliked: The photos and the description on the booking doesn't match what you get in reality. We specifically had booked a place that was supposed to be at least 40sqm, whith a living room that has kitchen area, table and sofa and a bedroom that should've contained a double bed and a single bed. Upon arrival we learnt that the room is nothing like the pictures and cannot possibly be 40sqm, the living room was basically blocked by an opened sofa bed and you couldnt really use the table or the kitchen, there was not enough space! And the bedroom had only 1 double bed! Of course we told the property owner that this is not what we booked but they just dismissed us, telling us 4 beds should be enough for 3 people! of course one of us had to sleep on the sofa bed and the next day suffered from back pain. Then I switched with her and I can confirm it was the worst sofa bed ever. The air conditioning was not functioning well enough for Como's heat in summer, the place was not that clean, there was hair on the floor and spot on the sheets. there was no elevator and the stairs looked old and dirty and the parking was really tight. All in all, I cannot recommend this place. We could've found a much better accomodation for the same price if it wasn't for their false advertisement.
2 bedroom apartment
Disliked: Laundry room, need to refresh ( new machines is must )
Liked: Very clean and easy to get into. They left a book of recommendations which was very nice!
It was good but very noisy to sleep
Liked: The apartment was clean and recently renovated with one double bedroom and a sofa-bed for two people. The price was attractive during the week of design in Milan, 30 min. away from Fiera where was took place Isaloni and next to Como lake.
Disliked: My room windows were situated on the main road. It was noisy all the day and night around instead of the well sound protected windows frames. Be ready there is no elevator in the building!
Great and spacious apartment, great option for a stay in Como
Liked: Loved pretty much everything... Very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped, the bed is comfortable. Although I did not use the parking and washing machine, that can be very convenient for a longer stay.
Disliked: Few minor issues.... the noise from the street, and the fact that you get entry instructions only on the first day, after 2pm which is check-in time. Maybe it would be good to mention that, so you avoid any anxiety that you will not get those detail in time. For a longer stay, it would be good to have an option of cleaning service, maybe after 3 or 4 days stay.

A washing machine is not available in every unit. There is a shared laundry room available for use by all guests staying in the property.
