Exceptional
Great Location and Excellent Host
Liked: The apartment is very clean and well-located. The host is friendly, helpful, and very responsive. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend staying here.
Liked: The location wad top. The lake was only ~10min away by walking.
Disliked: As the main door was closed, it was a little hard to find, but the host helped out quickly. Also it took a long time for the AC to cool down the whole appartment, but once cooled down the temperature was good.

Liked: Amazing host and a fabulous stay! Giulio is probably one of the most understanding and accommodating hosts I have encountered—and I’ve met my fair share! I was celebrating my anniversary with my wife and booked at the last minute after having to leave our previous accommodation because of its poor quality. Thankfully, this place did not disappoint. I requested both an early check-in and a late checkout, and Giulio kindly accommodated us on both occasions—something many hosts would not have allowed. The property is right in the centre of Como, surrounded by plenty of life and activity, yet we couldn’t hear any outside noise and both enjoyed a great night’s sleep. I wish Giulio and his wife all the very best, and I hope she has a safe and healthy pregnancy and that they are blessed with a beautiful, healthy bambino. If I return to Como, this is definitely where I would stay again. Highly recommended!
Disliked: It was spotless No dirt no grime No smell In fact the corridor smelled very nice (good quality washing powder smell) Very spacious Super Mario was a great touch;-)

Liked: السويت كان جميل من كل النواحي. منظم وذو رائحة جميلة. والموقع المتميز في قلب المدينة القديمة. توفر غسالة ملابس مع نشافة خارج السويت.
Disliked: عدم توفر شطاف في الحمام. وعدم توفر موقف للسيارة في نفس المبنى مما يضطر اصحاب السيارات الي استئجار موقف في المواقف المحيطة بالمدينة القديمة وتكبد عناء المشي من اقرب موقف حوالي كيلو 650 متر.
