Very good
Amazing!
Liked: The host is incredibly nice! It is located in a very nice place, close to everything. The bed is so comfortable. The public lounge area is nice, they provide a fridge and cold drinking water.

Liked: Maurizio from the Guest House was super nice and super helpful. The Guest House was also super well situated.

Plenty of positives and Maurizio, our host, was charming
Liked: The beds were comfortable. En suite bathroom. Air con. Communal reading room with table and fridge. Communal terrace. View to il Duomo. Easy check in and check out. Accommodated our early arrival.
Disliked: There has been a bit of water ingress by the window. It did not bother us but it should probably get seen to at some point to make sure the stonework stays ok.

Liked: 15 min walk from san giovanni train station, staff is very helpful & friendly, air conditioning was great, balcony is a nice touch
Disliked: shower leaks through the sealant in the green room, bed dips in the middle as the mattress is just on a frame without supports, but it wasn’t a problem as we were only there 1 night
Liked: Great Location and given the 90 degree heat sufficient Air Conditioning
