Perfect hotel for a stay in Cernobbio overlooking lake Como
Liked: Great customer service. Great Location and parking (car is needed). Room was clean (on the smaller side) and view from the window was amazing. Great breakfast with lots of choices.

Scenic and very relaxing
Liked: We requested an earlier check in and the request was accommodated. The staff member was fantastic and very friendly. All staff we encountered were friendly and very helpful
Disliked: You do need access to a car to go out for dinner but the views definitely make up for it The pool had a few insects in it that seemed worse on our second day but other than that the pool was lovely We got lunch one day and my husbands lasagne was cold in the middle. I think it was probably microwaved. The flavour of the food was decent however
