Fabulous
Excellent value for money
Disliked: The darkened room vibe
Liked: THE ROOM SIZE WAS OKAY, THE BED WAS COMFORTABLE
Disliked: THE CLEANING WAS NOT BEING DONE THOROUGHLY OR PROPERLY. MANY TIMES I FOUND STRANDS OF HAIR ON THE BED AREAS WHICH WAS DISGUISTING
Clean modern apartment in a good quiet location
Liked: Good location. Very clean. Modern. Comfortable. Good breakfast
Disliked: Neither of the bedside lights worked and some other bulbs were also out. The main light then broke so the electricity had to be turned off overnight.
Liked: Staff was super friendly. close to train station. Room was great.
Disliked: pillows and bedding were not comfortable.
A great spot for a short stay. Room are clean, quiet and comfortable. A good location within walking
Liked: The hotel was comfortable and clean. Basic accommodation which had everything we needed for an overnight stay. Good standard for a 3 star hotel.
Disliked: Staff were pleasant but didn’t go out of their way.
Good option if you're staying to walk around Como; access to city buses is good, too
Liked: Great location, although the sidewalk in the area is rather narrow to carry a luggage. The staff mans the reception 24/7. The rooms are big and quite comfortable. WiFi reception is very good.
Disliked: The staff is kind, but a bit disorganised. The pillows were not the best I've found in a hotel.
