Very good
Mixed feeling, there was bad and good impressions
Liked: Room was really big and elegant, hotel looks new and fresh
Disliked: breakfast was scarce, like everywhere in Italy, no fresh fruits and vegetables No possibility to extend stay even for one hour Thanks to pool area, where we could spend last day on the couches, with our daughter (which was sick and had temperature)
Excellent hotel with outstanding service
Liked: Everything about the hotel was excellent, including the location, breakfast, and other facilities. The hotel staff were extremely polite, professional, and helpful. Another great advantage was the availability of both free and paid parking at the hotel. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend this hotel!

Disliked: 20 min walk to the lake front but you pay more to get closer so it’s not really a negative
Medium and old hotel
Liked: The breakfast was very good. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Old gym facilities, unheated pool and in-room air conditioners not working
We felt we were staying at Hotel ‘not in’ Como
Liked: Staff were friendly. It was clean. Beds were comfortable.
Disliked: It is massively far away from the centre. A really, really long walk beyond the Old Town, across a busy dual carriageway and then a further 6-8 blocks along a road in a semi-suburban/ office area. Fine for a business trip but not at all fine if you’re there as a tourist to explore the old town and take ferries from the port across to other towns. Also there is nowhere particularly inviting to eat anywhere near; you have to walk back to the old town every evening. The hotel itself is perfectly serviceable: clean, fairly new, staff ok, but definitely done on a budget. And the breakfast was poor quality. A big mistake for us- but there again, the hotel insists it’s ‘near’ everything. Not our experience.
