Very comfortable hotel and excellent restaurant
Liked: Very nice stay in a very comfortable hotel. The meal in the hotel's restaurant looked more like fine dining than anything else - a very good surprise! Nothing to say about the room, it had all the facilities and the comfort one would expect from it, without a lot of extra frills - great value overall. The staff was very helpful, and the breakfast was very good too.
Disliked: Nothing!
Disliked: We stayed in room 10, our bath room had a windows strait into the kitchen of the hotel. If the wanted the staff could watch into our bathroom.
Comfortable accommodation with free parking and close bus stop for access into central Como
Liked: Clean comfortable en-suite room, off road parking spaces. Friendly helpful staff. Bus stop with half hourly bus into central Como and back.
Dinner and breakfast disappointing. Staff not very pro active. Mainly talking to regulars which slowed down service
