Good
Liked: The hotel has an excellent location, right in the city center. The staff were very friendly, trustworthy, and always willing to help. We really appreciated their kindness and support during our stay.
The stay was vey good, but for the room
Disliked: The room was very small. It had no view at all. Despite the location of the hotel being very good, the room was very very small and was claustrophobic.

Absolutely fabulous time. We would stay there again in a heartbeat
Liked: It is an absolutely beautiful property with one of the best views of Como Bay. We couldn’t have been happier with the room that we were given in the facilities. The staff was exceptional. We also found out that this property is run by fifth generation family. We loved the story of their journey and even took a picture with the young men are running the hotel in restaurant now.
Disliked: It was perfect. There was nothing that we did not like about the property.
Great location but could do with some maintenance
Liked: Great location, perfect for ferry and funicular. Lovely dinner at restaurant. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: I love old character hotels and this was my 3rd trip to Italy. The interior here needs refurbishing. It seemed dusty and smelt mouldy. Very dark and no lights in corridor to my room and room next door. I had no hot water in the bathroom for my 2 night stay. Also had to hold the shower head which being I only had cold water, was probably better than the usual shower head.
Could do with new furniture
