Very good
Good value for a comfortable good sized room
Liked: Good value for money, room was a good size and bathroom was also. Bed was comfortable. Everything was clean. We were concerned as there was very mixed reviews on TripAdvisor etc but we had a good experience
Disliked: The heating in the room was a bit hard to control bur not a major issue
Liked: We liked the breakfast quality and also the lady responsable for it. She was very attencious.
Disliked: Service for Taxi reservation. I talked with the responsable by reception one day before and she told me that she would arrange it at saturday morning at 7:30 AM. For my surprise reception was closed at 7:00 am and no Taxi service phone number was available. We were informed that she would arrive only at 8:00 am and we needed a taxi for 07:30 am. Breakfast attendent helped us, beside it was not her responsability and solve our problem and also of another guest.

Liked: The hotel was completely different from the pictures provided, which felt deceptive. The premises were largely under construction, creating an environment that felt unsafe and caused significant distress to my kids and family. Furthermore, there were health issues, including a foul odor that posed a risk to my children, and a leaking parking roof that dropped water directly onto my car. Overall, the stay offered no sense of comfort, relaxation, or safety, which should be standard for any hotel environment. Because the property did not match the online photos, I declined to check in. I booked just approximately two hours before arrival. As a result, we did not stay at the hotel at all.

Liked: When we got there, we saw nothing was like description and picture. And do not have elevator since my husband and I both have back pain we could not carry our laugage to the room and they did not provide help and had no employee to help the guest. The room was too small. We have 2 kids and entered the correct info at the time of reservation but when we got there they told us we need to have two room and pay extra money. The stares way was scary and our kids 6&7 years old did not accept to stay there since the place was too too too old. So, they were scared. We asked for the refund and the receptionist said they will not refund we can stay or leave and no sympathy and kindness at all.
Disliked: Everything. I booked for 2 adults and 2 kids as the picture attached represents. Unfortunately, not only you are rude but also you are a liar. Terrible. Learn how to treat a customer
Liked: There are far better options around for a better price. Don’t waste your time. This place messed up my vacation with my partner. I have stayed in Hotel RossiVino with my Partner in late July. It was a big mistake. Me and my partner were looking for wedding venues at the area and this hotel really messed up such a special time for us. First of all, the hotel manager Claudia has no clue how to treat customers. She has been very rude and unresponsive when we were checking at the hotel. Her behavior affects the rest of the staff at the hotel. The rooms are very old and don’t match with what is on the website. Also the location is very off and hard to transport to rest of the town.
