  Beautiful place to stay in Como city!

  Liked: The host (Daniela) was very friendly and super competent upfront and during our whole stay. We shared our car´s license plate with her before our arrival and she organized an access card from the local authorities so that we were able to drive close to the apartment to unload our luggage. Then she directed us to a safe and clean private parking area for the duration of our stay in Como. (5mins walking distance from the apartment) We spent beautiful days in the romantic city of Como and Daniela kindly shared many helpful recommendations (ferry/restaurants etc.) with us. She really took good care of us and made us feel safe and comfortable. There is even a book full of details available in the apartment which provides possible activities and infos on the area. The apartment is well-located in the city center, very modern and clean and has everything you need. The main entrance to the building is locked with a code and the apartment doors are secured with a heavy door that makes you feel very safe. We chose to stay in the big apartment and enjoyed a very minute of our stay. If you plan to stay in Como city - this is a place we can highly recommend! Thanks again very much to Daniela for her outstanding service!

  Disliked: Mid-July can be very hot and a bit humid at lake Como. So this season might be challenging for elderly travellers (and for the air condition to cope with the heat. ):-) No complaints about the apartment.

  Wonderful apartment in the centre of Como close to everything you need

  All in all it was a great property and may use again in the future

  Liked: The person we met at the property was very helpful and accommodating. He thoroughly explained the entire property and its amenities. He also gave us some helpful hints on getting around the city. He was excellent!

Good to know

Contact the property one day in advance to organize the check-in time (3-7pm) and the delivery of the keys .

Full payment for the booked stay must be paid before or upon check-in.

All guests must show a photo ID and credit card. You can put this information in the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property using the contact details found on the booking confirmation.

Upon request, the property also offers automatic check-in in the evening or at night, the request for which must be confirmed by the property. In this case, instructions for entry and use of the apartment will be sent in advance.

To obtain the instructions, it is necessary to send the documents of all the guests and a prepayment of € 200 via email or whatsapp.

The cost of the automatic Check-in is 10 euros.

Check out must be made by 10.30 for cleaning and rearranging the apartment. If this does not happen, a penalty of €50 will be applied without the right to extend the check-out time itself.
