The property is equal mix of welcoming and luxurious, if you are looking for somewhere to stay in Como I would 100% reco
Liked: The property was fantastic, the pictures do not do it justice. The pool is amazing (photo of my dad and brother enjoying the pool), a perfect spot to enjoy the gorgeous Italian weather. The property itself was spacious, well maintained, and very comfortable. The kitchen has a good deal of equipment, and even the small things like salt and pepper which makes it feel much more homely! The biggest plus however, was the incredible host, who popped in on an evening to help clean and maintain the pool, and also shared his knowledge of the area. He produces his own olive oil and wine, which he was gracious enough to let us try and it was amazing! You can also buy some more from him, which is well worth the price! It was the perfect spot to come back to after we got engaged nearby ❤️

Liked: Beautiful apartment, recently renovated, very clean and comfortable. We had the second floor apartment, with a nice living room (three sit couch, huge tv, a very useful charger for all types of phones and a big balcony). The kitchen is well equipped and very clean (they even offer olive oil, salt and pepper, tea, coffee, detergent etc). WiFi is working well. One bedroom with a double bed and on suite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom has a double bed and a sort of a small attic for one person. The second bathroom is quite large as well, with a shower. There is a laundry room, too. The pool is clean, well maintained and was a big plus since the weather was hot. You get to share it with the other apartment ' s guests but it's not a problem, the pool area is spacious enough. There is a bbq corner and a small taverna to use. The owner is really kind and welcoming, he has offered us a bottle of wine and has even invited us to share an aperitif. They produce their own wine and olive oil, you can buy some if you want. Parking space is available for two cars and has an electric charger. Overall we had a wonderful stay, the apartment has top quality features and is eco friendly.
Disliked: It is located a bit far from the centre of Como. We did not mind because we wanted to relax and it is a nice, peaceful area. If you don't have a car, it could be difficult to get around. The bus stop is literally in front of the house though, which is very convenient.
Lovely modern and spacious apartment
Liked: Gorgeous modern apartment. Spacious and comfortable, with everything required for a great self-catering holiday. Lots of space, including a utility room. Balcony with great views. The bus stops right outside the apartment, about every hour. Quiet location, with a lovely mountain view. Pool is a lovely bonus!.It's about an hours walk downhill into Como. It's a great base for exploring the area. Thanks for the chilled water on arrival. It was needed!
Disliked: The last bus from Como leaves at 20:30 back to the apartment, it's a bit of a treck back up the hill if you miss it. A taxi is about 20 Euro.

Liked: We had a fantastic stay here! The apartment was beautifully renovated, very clean, and comfortable – everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. The pool was absolutely perfect, and we enjoyed it every single day. Our hosts, Renato and his brother, were incredibly welcoming and kind – you truly feel at home from the moment you arrive. It’s clear they take great pride in the place and in making sure guests have a wonderful experience. We even got to enjoy a lovely aperitivo together – such a warm and memorable touch. We’re leaving with so many great memories and would love to come back!
Grate place to stay for families
Liked: The hosts are grate and so nice.Recommend this highly for families to stay.
Disliked: The house is maybe too far from the town of Como and therefore necessary to go by car
This property will exceed your expectations
Liked: The property is recently renovated and therefore modern. Bathrooms are wonderful. Kitchen well appointed. Off-street parking. Its location a few KMs out of town means it very quiet, nestled in a verdant valley. The pool is great. The host invited us into his cellar to sample some of his family's produce. This was an experience beyond our expectations.
Disliked: Finding the office can be improved with signage. The office is not easy to find. Suggest a large sign on the street entrance to the palazzo and then another sign near the door to the office.
