Disappointing
Liked: Good location if you want to be in como. Excellent breakfast
Disliked: Room although clean very basic. Bed and bedding poor quality. Towels also very rough. Also did not get to spend much time asleep as alarm sounded at 4am and it took staff over an hour to turn off,, with very little communication, for what was a false alarm.

Best hotel location in Como
Liked: The location was excellent being on the water-front and close to the ferry. The breakfast was outstanding with a wide variety of choices. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The restaurant menu was geared toward a particiular type of clientele. It made me want to explore food offerings elsewhere.
