Exceptional
Excellent experience with a great host
Great location and a very responsive property manager
Liked: Great location - 2 min walk to the cathedral, 5 min to the lake. The apartment is spacious and clean, separate bedroom and kitchen, lots of natural light, lift available. The property manager was quick to respond to any questions and helpful in making restaurant suggestions.
Disliked: The air conditioning did not work properly, so we had to keep emptying bowls collecting leaking water (a discount equivalent to the city tax was offered to us for the inconvenience). The manager is aware of this situation. Shower soap was rationed, a heavily used sponge in the kitchen sink. We found the bed uncomfortable due to a sinking mattress, but that’s a personal preference. Some wear and tear.
Liked: Great location, very nice host, close to everything como has to offer, walking distance to train and ferries, apt is well equipped, quiet and very comfortable.
Disliked: Nothing
