Fabulous
Liked: Exceptional hotel in the best location! The room was beautiful, and the staff were lovely. Highly recommended.

What you pay. This Hotel fails to deliver
Liked: The location was the only redeeming feature
Disliked: The room with the odour that didn't dissipate. The staff unfriendly, didn't reply when greeting them. No hot water for a day. The stairs to the fifth floor as the elevator only covered 4 floors. The food, we ate every meal outside of the hotel. Reception no opening until 12.00 noon Could not charge to your room The rooms dated The shower in our room the taps difficult to use. TV was not operating. On arrival, we were upgraded to junior suite which turned out to be a down grade. Stayed in 5 other hotels on this trip, by far the worst experience. Cristina, MD, please don't reply with your automated responses, it is clears you do not listen to your customers. Clear no action is taken. Retraining staff on customer service needs to happen. Sorry for these comments, but it was asked for. Regards Julie and Stephen.
Great location
Liked: The location was perfect, staff where friendly and the room was spotless we really enjoyed staying here for our first time in Como you just couldn't get a better location.

Loved this place!!
Liked: Perfect perfect location, set in a beautiful piazza, surrounded by restaurants and minutes from the lake. We also had a great room - the whole place had a lovely clean, modern style.
