Very nice stay within a few blocks of the marina

Perfect location, clean and well equipped apartment, and a very helpful host, although the sofa bed was uncomfortable
Enjoyed the stay and would stay again
Liked: Great location in the heart of Como City. Spacious apartment. Air conditioning in the room. Easy check in process. Lift available to get luggage up and down to the apartment. Cute balcony with table to eat lunch/dinner on. Washing machine was very useful.
Disliked: No pasta spoon for cooking. Also no kettle so had to boil water on the stove in a pot which was still ok but not ideal. Couch and the wall in the bedroom were a bit old and had marks on.

Liked: -Information for key pickup without meeting host. -Aircon in all area and works well -Apartment has everything, cooking, washing.
Disliked: -Sofa bed, quite old and noisy make a noise every move. -Blanket is like one thin layer bed sheet. (Or no blankets? ) -Windows is old style and some of them could not fully closed, make it bright light in the morning.
