  Liked: This property was in a great location, easy access, very clean and nice quiet neighborhood, but what I would recommend to the owner of the property is to be an exceed other Airbnb rental, I would recommend some changes in that amenities that you provide, the week before we came to this property we were in another property in Milan and the host had from paper towel to detergent and Shampoo and conditioner a lot more dishes and A refrigerator that was big enough so you could be comfortable with grocery shopping. It made us feel like home, Not a hotel room

  Disliked: The amenities, the host didn’t have Paper towels, Instead napkins or Kitchen towels, refrigerator was very small, I always look at it this way how would you like to be treated and that’s what you do to others, not just the business transaction but really making people feel at home, Because this place wasn’t a hotel room it was an apartment, these are not criticism but a suggestion that makes people talk about your place because you went beyond what everybody else is doing.

  It was a nice stay

  Liked: The best was communication with Silvia. She is very helpful and professional. She made us feel welcome. With her on the side you stay will be very good. The check-in is actually very easy and logical if you watch the videos before:) As we booked last minute being on the way, we couldnt watch videos and internet was slow - so for us it was like "escape room" searching for peaces of a puzzle. But Silvia was there to help:) Apartment is functional, well located near the lake, quet and clean area. Taking a strall on a lake promenade one can easily reach the town Como. Near the apt there are a couple of really good restaurants, a "beach" for 30 euro per person and a nice Hilton hotel where u can have a drink. You dont need a car for anything there. Beds are good, linen and towels as well. AC is blowing directly on bed but we didnt use it. I will definitely book this apt again.

  Disliked: - Apt was not very clean, but also not dirty. If you dont look in every corner searching for dust, it is totally fine. - Parking costs 15 euro per day. - This logic made us laugh: in the apt you need to separate the trash (glass, plastic, organic waste) and put in different bags available in the apt. Also there is a note asking to always separate the trash, also on the streets. So, when we walked behind the bulding to throw away the SEPARATED trash from the apartment, the guy at the entrance gate to the apt showed us only one bin for plastic and organic waste together. So we separated the trash in the apt but had to throw it eventually altogether in one bin!!

  Great location. Perfect space. Great secure parking

  Liked: a little confusing that the entrance is shared with the adjacent Hilton Como... and the Parking signs lead you to the Hilton, who happily open the gate and offer Prosecco:-) Having to text via the Bookingcom app is not very easy when driving, to find the host.

  Disliked: Better instructions for arrival. Aircon cold air pushes straight onto the bed. aircon remote batteries were dead, so not obvious how to control the aircon

  Best place in COMO

  Liked: It was a wonderful 4 nights. The place was very clean and beyond imagination. The kitchen, plates and spoons were new. Everything was fine. The place is beautiful and maintains your privacy and safety for you and your family. You have your own parking space in your own garage. The owners of the apartment are very kind. They answered any questions related to the area and provided me with all kinds of assistance. Thank you to them. I recommend staying with them.
