  Spacious and convenient location for a few days in Como

  Liked: The host was very pleasant, helpful and accessible when required. I was given a list of local recommendations which was useful. The location was great, close to some good restaurants/shopping and less than 10 mins walk to ferry port. The apartment was quiet despite being in a fairly busy area. It was so nice to have the extra space of an apartment with a kitchen and a washing machine after nearly 3 weeks of travelling in cramped hotels. It was good having the option of both a kettle and a Nespresso machine. Very organised recycling system in kitchen. Good modern apartment and plumbing despite being in an older (lovely) building. Easy check in and check out process. Thankyou.

  Disliked: These are only individual preferences, not complaints - The bed was a little saggy in the middle which made it a bit uncomfortable at times, but some people may like it. It would be handy to have a microwave in kitchen (apologies if there was one, I never found it). The wifi was slow/dropped out at times but this was not too problematic as I could use my data if needed. I say this for all European accommodation - a little shelf in shower would be so handy to place our shampoo/conditioner/body wash bottles:) I noticed one of the doors to close off the bedroom from living area was broken and placed in cupboard - I assume this will be fixed when possible as it would be good to close off the bedroom from the living space if multiple people were staying. As mentioned above, none of these things are major complaints and I would stay again.

  Highly recommend staying here if you visit Lake Como

  Liked: Amazing location, very friendly staff, good air conditioning considering it was very hot in July. Centrally located and close to restaurants, shops, etc. Good communication. Price is very reasonable.

  Disliked: No issues.

  Fantastic location and host, loved our stay!

  Liked: Very beautiful and spacious apartment located in the centre of Como town, extremely convenient for catching ferries and taking the train via the Como S Giovanni station, location was just perfect! There is an excellent and easy storage locker around the corner for luggage if you arrive before check in which worked perfectly for us (recommended by the host) The apartment was exactly like the pictures. Great air con and fans too! A certain airline cancelled our flight last minute which meant our arrival was delayed and we had to move our return flight later to get the most out of the holiday. The host was very accommodating and allowed us to have those extra days for a reduced cost. Giacomo, the host, greeted us outside the apartment so it was easy to find, he was so friendly and took our luggage up the stairs for us! Had brioche on the table and bottled water in the fridge waiting for us, and gave us lots of restaurant recommendations. He provided us extra towels on request as well - we also requested loo roll the day before we left, as we ran out. Silly me missed his response text by a few hours but he still came out late in the evening for us. What an exceptional host! We loved our stay and would definitely come again if we’re in the area!   Disliked: No real negatives to give so I’d be scraping the bottom of the barrel to be honest. More plug sockets by the bed would be a plus (there was one either side which I could see) but everything was exceptional!

  Liked: Location apartment is clean and spacious central to everything only 10 min walk from train station and 5 minutes from lake front.
