  Suitable for independent travelers

  Liked: Location allowed for easy access to funicular and ferry. Staff engaged, offering good restaurant options and map. Responded promptly to texts. Felt welcome.

  Disliked: Room was small and very dark; suggest better lighting in both bed and bath rooms. Asked for ground floor, not realizing property had elevator. Higher level may have allowed more natural light.

  Overall a very enjoyable stay!

  Liked: We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and accommodating throughout our visit. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, offering helpful recommendations on places to visit and great restaurants to try. The rooms were clean, modern and well maintained, providing a lovely and relaxing space to unwind after a day of exploring. We felt completely at home from the moment we arrived, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a fantastic experience, and we would happily recommend this place to others and look forward to returning in the future!
