  Nice central apartment

  Liked: Well presented. Great location and good building security. Close to shops, attractions and transport. Washing machine. Great coffee machine. Relatively quiet. Air conditioning.

  Disliked: No cutlery - only what was set on the table. Not much of a view.

  This property does NOT have a lake view

  Liked: The property was nicely presented and had everything we needed for our stay. There were extras like coffee, balsamic etc which was handy. Some of the facilities need a little attention - the bathroom tap is loose and the sofa bed which my adult daughter slept on and only weighs 57 kilos was very hard and uncomfortable. A mattress topper might help. She ended up folding over her quilt so she could use that for extra padding. All the pans were dirty and needed a good wash before using them. We had two nights here but were very disappointed with the non existent Lakeside view which was clearly specified in the description of the property. The name of the property is also misleading as it suggests that it’s at the lakeside. It is only around a 10 min walk to the lake but we made our booking based on it having a view of the lake from the balcony. The actual view was the back of all the surrounding buildings.

  Bad

  Liked: It was a very bad stay as the building was under construction and there was noise right in the wall of the room as it was the apartment next door. We suggested to the owner to cancel and he did not accept. The answer was that he didn't know they were doing works in the building.

  Disliked: The owner is not reliable. He says that he has no way of knowing that the building is under construction and that all the corridors of the building to get to the flat are protected so as not to be damaged by the work. He says he will compensate us for the inconvenience and 2 weeks later we are still waiting. Finally, and I thought it was a computer glitch, he wanted to charge us more for the tourist tax, which when we complained to him he corrected, saying it was a mistake.
