Exceptional
Comfortable stay for correct price
Liked: Room was not ready upon arrival after check-in time which was a bit of a false start. However, fast response and upgrade to a more spacious room on the second floor. Very comfy bed and tastefully decorated room. Convenient location close to train station. On site parking Good price/quality
Disliked: No coffee cups although a nice espresso machine was available.
Great stay
Liked: Awesome apartment and the building. Love everything!
Disliked: Cot for baby - mattress is very cheap, they should invest in a better one. My baby's comfort is more important then mine.
Clean and comfortable
Liked: Nice location, clean room and relaxed stay
Disliked: TV was a little far from the bed. But nobody goes on holiday for a tv, so no issues.
Our stay at the villa blew my expectations out of the water. The location was beyond excellent with transport links to M
Liked: Extremely clean with a beautiful mix of vintage Italy and modern day life. The transport links were exceptional and exceeded my expectations.
The air-conditioning is the best, the location is good
Liked: There are air conditioning in both bedroom and dinning/lounge areas. That itself helped so much when there was a heat wave in Italy.
Disliked: Our experience is good and I think the below are areas of improvement, maybe small but would be appreciated by the customers: 1). There is hand soap but no bath/shower soap, hair wash etc. Not a problem, we would have been happy to bring our own should we know that beforehand. 2). The code for the big gate was located at the left hand side of the gate. This would be useful information. 3). The outdoor parking is at the back and perhaps worth mention big car may find it challenging to take out. 4). The apartment is situated on the first floor with stairs and no life. We are fine but elderly people with a big suitcase may struggle.

Liked: Large and comfortable apartment near the train station and a good grocery store
Disliked: I don't know why they forgot to add folk to the kitchen:) But they present a kitchen with good facility
