Spoiled part of our holidayin como
Liked: Parking was convenient
Disliked: The property is outdated and requires significant upgrading. The listing advertised air conditioning, however only a small portable unit in the kitchen and two very small ceiling fans (approximately 30 cm) were provided, which did not adequately cool the rooms. The shower mixer was also missing its knob, making it difficult to use. Although the owner kindly allowed us to check in early, this was given as the reason the property had not been properly cleaned. Unfortunately, we even found used sheets left in the wardrobe, which was very disappointing. We had booked two nights but ended up leaving to another hotel after the first night due to the poor conditions. When I raised these issues, the owner told me I had no right to complain and offered no form of compensation. Overall, this stay was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend this property.
Liked: The place is located close to Lake Como. The host was a friendly lady who immediately attended to any queries we had during our stay. We booked all three apartments since we were traveling with a group of 13, including 5 kids. Two apartments were in the same building, and the other one was in a separate building just next to the other two. The accommodations met all our needs. They provided two parking slots available in a garage about 100m away, but we opted for the parking space at the location itself, where we parked 4 vehicles. The road was a bit narrow, but it was manageable. Overall, it was a good stay, and I would highly recommend this place to larger groups travelling near Lake Como.
Horrible experience near Como at the Swiss border. Avoid
Liked: It was a convenient stopover in our way back to Germany. The owner was very friendly and helped us get to the place in the night (11 pm).
Disliked: Access: very narrow road to get to the place, difficult to find and easy to scratch your car if you are not extremely careful. Apartment: HUGE humidity problem. Black mold on the walls (see example picture). Uncomfortable bed (too soft). Uncomfortable sofa-bed (way too hard). The duvet for our daughter’s crib had no cover sheet. The bathroom had no shower gel or shampoo. No courtesy coffee available (the can was completely empty). Tap water undrinkable (very bad taste). Not to say that it was way overpriced for the appalling quality. All in all a horrible experience.
Liked: It's close to Como with Car. Apartment was comfortable in size.
Disliked: Too hot,noise, approximately to parking of trucks and street is very small for driving.

Liked: A comfortable apartment in a beautiful house, very friendly and helpful host, and a good parking garage (just be careful on the narrow streets) - a great base to explore Como and the surroundings.
An excellent stay at Lake Como!
Liked: We had a wonderful stay at Wisteria Rooms! The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The beds were super comfy, and the AC worked perfectly—which was a huge plus. The host was kind and very responsive throughout. It was also a short, easy drive to Como city and all the spots we wanted to visit. Would definitely recommend!
