  Nicely appointed apt. Not easy to access if tracking with heavy luggage

  Liked: Central location in the square.

  Disliked: It was listed as a second floor property. However there were 4 flights of stairs. Also the lights in the stairway were on a timer and it always shut off before we could get to the apt.

  Gret stay!

  Liked: Wonderful accommodating host taking her time to ship me an important item forgotten at the hotel!

  Disliked: Stairs are a little steep with no elevator, but the old world charm makes up for that.

  Exceptional

  Liked: Location was amazing. Main piazza was not more than a few steps. Great wine shop in piazza. Accross the alley is the best restaurant in Cortona! Classic apartment in an Etruscan Palace. Host was amazing! In the kitchen we cooked 3 meals. Perfect!

  Authentic, charming, central, clean, tidy, welcoming

  Liked: Lovely authentic apartment with a lot of charm. You just feel like you are living in an Italian home (you actually are 🙂). The presentation is great and you can tell the host Alissa takes pride in this home. Everything was clean, tidy and welcoming. As you come up the stairs (quite steep 🙂) there is some nice decorations on the landing and a sign welcoming you. Alissa even laid out chocolates on the bed and dining table. The apartment has everything you need and you could be fully self contained on your holiday if you wanted (except washing but a laundry is not far). Opening the window you can see and hear Piazza Repubblica so couldn’t ask to be more central. Highly recommend Appartamento Il Loggiato if you are staying in Cortona.

  Disliked: If we had to find something, there was not enough soap for our 4 night stay.
