Liked: Good quiet location. Lovely big room and bathroom.
Solid option for a short stay
Liked: A new building with good rooms. Location is fine.
Disliked: This whole online check in and a computer in the entrance of the hotel is tiresome. Got errors both during check in and check out. The owner was quick to respond though. We got a room next to the breakfast area (room 107), which made sleeping past 7 basically impossible because of the noice. No mosquito nets. I think in Ferrara it is a must…
Liked: Very well done, modern rooms, big space.
Disliked: Checkin online only without being sure of the security for your data. Hard to contact staff with quite a delay for the answer. Too much light in the room to sleep...emergency light, ac control switch light, electricity room card socket light, no blind just curtains so light in the morning.
Liked: The room was very clean. The staff was very polite and helpful. Parking was available with a charge.
