Fabulous
Brilliant place to stay
Liked: Brilliant place, clean, wonderful host, lovely room, thankful for cold water and kitchen
Excellent stay - the host was brilliant
Liked: Excellent room, especially since the host kindly upgraded us to a family room which was huge, with large beds and 2 bedrooms. Entry to the building and apartment was via an electronic link which was perfect. The apartment is very close to the centre and the castle (which is authentic and quite interesting). Breakfast was in a nearby cafe (with voucher) The host, Carlo, met us at the apartment and was brilliant: he offered us plenty of support with providing some cheaper parking options (otherr than the paid car park nearby). You have to beware of not driving into the ZTL which is very close by, but the host helped us with this too. Carlo also gave good suggestions for restaurants nearby.
Great spot for the Ferrara Summer Festival!
Liked: This place is perfect for a small group and families. We came for a concert and it was a 5 minute walk. The AC is kicking and the maid asks you what you need daily, but is not intrusive. We loved our stay here close to the castle and main attractions. There are bikes and e-scooters readily available nearby. We will be back!
Great stay, good location and very spacious rooms
Liked: Nice central location and very spacious apartment
Disliked: We were traveling by bicycle and expected parking facilities given the name. But, the name refers to Ferrara being the city of bicycles. So; please know that you pay 5 euro per bike and the storage is carrying your bike up the stairs to your room. All good as long as you know and the host is super helpful and caring. So I definitely recommend the place
Liked: Manuela was extremely helpful and went out of her way to help us to book tickets for local attractions. Large room with adjacent room for other family members. Great ice cream shop across the road and a short walk from the castle.
Good value for your money but beware the noisy mob who gathers every night in front of the hotel
Liked: The rooms were very clean.
Disliked: Right across the hotel, there is an ice cream shop, where the youth of Ferrara gather and chatter away through every night. That renders sleeping almost impossible until the late hours, when they finally decide to go home.
