Exceptional
Brilliant stay, made special by the perfect host
Liked: Aside from the spacious and immaculately clean apartment, the highlight of our stay was meeting Ernesto. He switched us to an even nicer apartment at the last minute and met us at the property. He was so friendly and welcoming that we ended up chatting for a good couple of hours! We also tried a couple of his food recommendations, including his own focaccia place, which we’d highly recommend. A fantastic apartment and an especially memorable host!
Disliked: A technical issue meant the apartment had no internet access during our stay. Nothing else to report.
Liked: Easy communication and check in with Ernesto. Appartement very spacious and well.designed, right in the heart of Ferrara. 2 bedrooms with bathrooms. Everything was top clean and excellent matresses. Lots of bars, restaurants and shops around. Main places only a few minutes walk.
Spacious apartment in great location
Liked: Great location, comfortable, quiet, very clean, as described
Disliked: Unfortunately the Wi-Fi signal did not reach the main bedroom and bathroom, but this was really a minor inconvenience
Liked: Nice clean perfect location.
Perfect place for 2 couples or a family
Liked: Location is great. Apartment is spacious and nicely furnished. Ernesto was really kind and helpful. Breakfast coupon is great: you can use it in really nice cafés. Also we received temporary permit to enter the restricted zone so we could easily unload and load our luggages!
Disliked: Everything was OK. This is personal preference, not a problem: for us the beds were a bit low. The location of the light switch for the bathroom was a bit unusual (outside our room) - maybe we didn't find the other one:)
A delight from beginning to the end
Liked: Ernesto was great. So helpful every step of the way. Superb local knowledge. Recommended local café had delightful views of main square and pastries top notch. The apartment was better than the photos. Best wishes for your wedding.
Disliked: Nothing to complain about.
