Exceptional
Liked: We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The staff member we met was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.
We couldn't get in after check-in, left standing at the front door with our staff inside
Disliked: We checked in, at 4 p.m., left our luggage inside, went outside. Then we returned after our business to the appartment at 1 a.m. to find out that the front door WAS LOCKED and we couldn't get inside!!!! The code number didn't work, and we had to wait for the hosts for one hour to let us in! At night, at November! We demanded a compensation, but the only thing the hosts decided to propose is to extend the time for check-out till the evening, which we didn't need, since we were on our way home. And the hosts explained, that it was another guest, who locked the front door. For which I understand that this situation can repeat to anyone else, and since they didn't propose any compensation, they don't seem very interested in fixing it.

Good place for stay in Ferrara
Liked: The localization was ok. It was walking distance to the city centre of Ferrara. We have found free parking place nearby. It was quiet. The room was spacious.
Superb
Liked: Really clean rooms. Very nice location relative to the city center. It has air conditioning. Beds are comfortable. The hoast was nice and offered us a lot of information about the surroundings.
Disliked: The room we got was right at the main street and it was a bit noisy. But otherwise we have no complaints.
Overall we had a great stay and I would definitely come back and recommend it!
Liked: Sarà was great. Very helpful, able to answer any questions we had. The room and bathroom were a great size, clean and in a fantastic location within walking distance of the historic centre.
Disliked: The only thing I did not like was the bed. This is very subjective but for me the bed was very uncomfortable (I slept in the single bed).
