  Liked: The location.

  Disliked: No AC - as advertised!! (room was full of mosquitoes). No light in the corridor - finding the bathroom during the night is difficult.

  avarage studio flat in Ferrara

  Liked: The room is a studio room with a kitchen small table and a single bed. The complex is close to the city centre, there is plenty of space to park the car and because the big garden the flat is very silent even if it is close to a big street

  Disliked: the fridge is quite noise and the bed not really conformable, the shared toilet is average and the hair dryer is small and not really powerful. the price i pay was quite high for the value. maybe i book too late

  Best stay in ferrara!

  Liked: The host was amazing, sent information ahead of arrival, and assisted with check-in while we barely had an internet connection (completely unrelated to her). The stay was wonderful, the place was clean, had ac, and had a lot of space for luggage. The bathroom was large and equipped with both a shower and a bath. The location is great with about a five minute walk into the center of ferrara and 10 minutes to the piazza and Castello. We would love to stay here again.

  Disliked: We had a small issue with the toilet continuing to flash and not stopping. The host was extremely attentive and had someone come fix it the next day (as soon as possible).

  Very good

  Liked: Very good location, close to the city. Spacious rooms.

  Disliked: We had 3 rooms. In two of these rooms the air conditioning did not work. Inside was 31 degrees, we could not have slept. It was promised that a technician will come but he has not shown up. We will demand a compensation because the overstay was horrible because of this.
