Liked: Excellent overall.
We had a great stay the kids loved it. It had all we needed but o would add on a fridge to keep drinks cool especially
Liked: The property is strategically situated. It close to the piazza coffe shops etc. it’s on a main road worth easy Access.
Disliked: I would add a kitchennet and especially a fridge. Put ac on all rooms.
Pleasant experience
Liked: The Lady is so nice and friendly. She accepted us even sooner than check in time since the room was ready and we were exhusted. The location is amazing we could reach to the center easily.
Disliked: I was there for the summer festival in Ferrara. The weather was so hot so the cooling fan was not efficient enough to let us sleep. The parking slot outside of the building is always full do not count on that but there is a public parking near to the hostel.
Great price and location but be prepared to slow-boil in the summer
Liked: Great location and price
Disliked: Needs deep cleaning urgently. Slow draining shower on first floor. Mouldy shower doors. First floor toilet: No toilet paper left on Sunday morning the 12th July. Toilet wasn't cleaned on the Saturday 11th July. Way too hot and humid to sleep comfortably in the summer. Rooms facing the street are sooo noisy when windows are open. If you keep them shut you will slowly roast. Ceiling fan on room 3 is useless. The property needs aircon or several powerful fans on each room in the summer, most reviews say this but the owners clearly don't care lol.
Low Cost Air Fryer
Liked: Location and price, much more affordable than other options in Ferrara, easy to get to and from the station, it’s right in front of the bus stop. I got a second fan when I requested it. Staff seemed polite and pleasant.
Disliked: Far too hot in the summer, the ceiling fan on room number 3 is a joke, impossible to sleep in the summer as there is no air con and you can’t open the window because the road is extremely noisy, cigarette ashes outside the window, stains on the walls, the shower drain on first floor is very slow so you end up showering with your feet in a puddle. They don’t clean the bathroom often enough, considering it’s shared it should be cleaned twice a day. There is no staff on the property 24/7. They should add a vending machine with cold drinks instead of just having a hot coffee one.

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: No air conditioning, just a fan and a ceiling fain which are useless when outside there where 40+ degrees, no fridge in the entire property. We couldn't even keep cold a bottle of water, not to mention it was hot like hell! I'm not sure but hell might have been cooler:| I asked for invoice, the owner said he'll send me one on e-mail, after many messages still no invoice!
