Exceptional
The name of the pace is not a lie - right next to the Castle
Liked: Centrally located just off the square by the Castle, and yet beautifully quiet street.
Disliked: It was all good
Ideal location, beautiful appartment
Liked: It is located in the heart of the city. Close to stores, to restaurants, café and bars. The room has everything we need and the owners explained everything so we did not face any issue. I really liked it! Thank you!
Liked: Great location. There was plenty of room for a couple.
Disliked: The noise from the square disrupted our sleep on a few occasions. The access to the apartment was a bit confusing. Firstly under booking.com it said that we would be met. I missed that chat that gave us instructions for getting in.
would stay here again
Liked: An incredibly beautiful unit in the heart of Ferrara. We have travelled 6,000 km and one month, this is the best place we have stayed at. Quiet, good air conditioning, fantastic kitchen, comfortable beds.
Disliked: Complicated to get to if you arrive by car. The unit is surrounded by pedestrian streets. A guardian angel named Lorenzo (a pedestrian) helped us out. There can be free street parking. For example on Montebello, a one way street. You can park here ON THE RIGHT SIDE ONLY. We did not move our car for the two days we were here. Always ask a local if where you are parking is legal. It was about a 300 m. walk from our car to the unit. Would have liked to receive more precise information from the host, for example on which streets is it possible to park free.
