Fabulous
Not a place I would recommend to people traveling to Ferrara for business
Liked: 50% of the personnel was nice and helpful. The rest of them were a big joke! Breakfast was descent, and you had options to choose from if you are not a breakfast person.
Disliked: The hotel's entry in Booking shows that there is Parking available, which is not True. The free Parking on the street (if one can get a free spot) cannot be considered the hotel's parking. There was an issue with the air-condition in the room, for which I had to complain two days, before an action was taken from the hotel's personnel. The first time, they sent up their maintenance guy, which proved to be a waiter for the coffee bar the next day. For a hotel that has a 4.3 in Booking, the entire handling was a big joke. There was no dedicated smoking area for the customers. You could smoke out on the street, or in a terrace which you could access through a fire exit door that cannot be opened from outside.
Liked: Great location and very helping staff. I can easily say that the best staff I met this year....! Whenever I will come to this city again I will chose this hotel again....

Disliked: The room where we stayed was missing a pillow; we contacted reception, but they told us they didn't have any and couldn't help us.
Liked: The guy at reception, Andrew, was extremely professional and helpful. Even though he was working both shifts on his own because his colleague was off sick, he was always friendly, efficient and ready to help. The hotel is clean and well maintained. Considering its location right at the entrance to the train station, everything was surprisingly pleasant and comfortable. Overall, a very good experience.
