Guest reviews
Very good
Would return a well run hostel
Liked: Spacious room. Comfortable beds. Clean. Good breakfast for a hostel. Inside storage for my bike. Good security
Great value for money, recommended!
Liked: Very clean and tidy, well kept. The ceiling in the dormitory has beautiful frescoes, the croissants at breakfast were excellent.
Disliked: The bed was a little squeaky and I did miss the very useful curtains you close around the bed for privacy.
Ferrara
Liked: The staff were super friendly. Especially Giovanni, who upgraded my room free of charge. He was also very helpful in directing me to the breakfast area and to my room. The location was good as it was close to the city centre and train station. And the bed was super comfortable.
Disliked: The bathroom had a bit of mold and smelt a little strange but was otherwise in great condition.
One of the best hostels I'w ever been to
Liked: The staff is exceptionally polite and helpful, location is perfect, rooms are beautiful (I was in a room with a painted ceiling), the hostel also has a beautiful outdoor terrace with natural shade. Breakfast was excellent.
great single room in a hostel. Recommended!
Liked: I liked the atmosphere, the staff was nice - I wanted to spontaneously change from my dorm bed to a single room and they had no issue to arrange that for me - the single room was awesome. Kids were playing, cyclists were staying the night, everybody was friendly - both guests and staff. Lovely hostel
Disliked: all great
Overall, the place meets expectations. Nice staff. The Italian breakfast is a nice bonus
Liked: The check-in was friendly and quick, and the staff were happy to provide any information. Fortunately, my flatmates behaved responsibly, so I got a good night’s sleep. The Italian breakfast is a nice bonus, particularly in the garden.
Disliked: A little upgrade would be recommended, e.g. access to a power socket by each bed. In the bathroom, the light is motion-activated and switches off when you take a shower in the cubicle, which is very inconvenient. It would be good if the price included at least a small towel; this is a very basic need.
