Fabulous
Liked: I really recommend it. We had such a great time.
Liked: kind and helpful host.
Disliked: tiny, basic rooms.
Liked: The location was excellent in the staff was very helpful
Disliked: It was more modern ( 1980s) than I expected
Good for the value- if we come back to Ferrara we would stay again
Liked: The view was incredible - but very loud actually in the morning!
Disliked: The pillows were so uncomfortable. And not a big fan of the room. Very stark.
Great value and great location right in the heart of Ferrara
Liked: The location is awesome and if I had been travelling with my wife I would have been in one of the double, not twin rooms that have beautiful views over the cathedral. The communication with staff before we arrived was really friendly and helpful and when we had a small problem it was solved quickly.
Disliked: The aircon wasn't working when we arrived but a member of staff talked me through the simple process of re-setting the system, which worked. Some people have noted that the aircon is a bit noisy, which it is, but it worked on a very hot August night and was drowned out by a tremendous thunder storm
