  Liked: We had a wonderful stay at C-Hotels Ambasciatori. The hotel has an excellent location, close to the train station and within walking distance of the main attractions. The room was clean, comfortable and well maintained. The staff were friendly, polite and always ready to help. Breakfast was very good, with a nice selection of food. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this hotel to others. Thank you for your hospitality!

  Would stay there again if ever returned to Florence

  Liked: Easy to get to. Florence centre easy to walk to without been right in the thick of Proximity to the train station however could the trains. Nice bar area.

  Informed decisions required on this one

  Liked: Clean and comfortable bed linens and towels. The staff were friendly and it has multiple elevators.

  Disliked: We were offered an “upgrade” for $90 euro for three nights. The room was still super small in comparison to the first one…. For the added square feet I would not do again. We chose the hotel for proximity to train station and to get our bearings for a few days before finding a neighborhood for three weeks. There are large number of transient immigrants just standing outside hotel so we did not even feel safe going out after dark. We ate next door two nights because of this and once the appetizer table inside the hotel bar which was mediocre tidbits for the price. We have spent the past two months traveling Portugal, Spain, France and Italy and I was not impressed with the quality of this place in comparison to the very high price. We probably would not return. Just my opinion for who may be interested in a broader and honest review!
