  Liked: Good, nice staff but not very close to the main street and facilities. If you got the building downstairs there's no other entrance or exit ao you'll have to go through the principal one.

  Loved it!!

  Liked: I never thought I'd put the words "luxurious" and "hostel" in one sentence, but that's exactly how this place feels! The whole space felt welcoming, the bed was very comfortable (accidentally slept for 11 hours the first night lol) and the bathroom was spotless. And then there was the pool!! And the sauna and Turkish bath!! Honestly, the spa area was the best thing ever, I was there every evening. The location was great as well, just a short walk to the old town/city centre, with a grocery shop and an adorable café right across the street. The area felt safe, even at night. Oh and both charging sockets near my bed were functional, it's the first time I've experienced that in a hostel lol

  Disliked: I'd appreciate curtains around the beds, mine was in the middle of the room and I felt very exposed. Also, if one of us wanted to turn on the small light by the bed, the whole room was lit up. I also couldn't figure out how to properly lock my locker, even with a lock, the door could still open?

  Bad lockers

  Liked: The 🥪🍞 breakfast was very good but expencive

Good to know

Please note, the indoor pool are is only available in winter. During summer, an outdoor pool is available.

Guests are required to show a Passport if they are no-EU citizen, or ID if they are EU citizens. Copies or pictures are not allowed for check in

We do not allow pets in our facility, with the exception of guide dogs for the visually impaired. The choice to limit access to pets, excluding assistance dogs, is based on our commitment to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and ensuring a peaceful atmosphere for all visitors.

Pets are allowed at Plus Florence only in private rooms and in accordance with the rules below.

• Access and Booking

Pets are allowed exclusively in the hotel’s private rooms.

Access to shared dormitories and some common areas, such as the shared kitchen and the pool area, is not permitted.

Only small or medium-sized pets are accepted, with a maximum of two per room.

Admission must be requested in advance by writing to plusflorence@humancompany.com

A pet cleaning fee applies per stay.

Guide dogs and service dogs are exempt from additional charges and access restrictions.

• Health Requirements

Pets must be up to date with vaccinations and identifiable by microchip.

At check-in, guests are required to present the pet’s updated health record or vaccination booklet.

• Hygiene and Behavior

Pets must always be accompanied and under the owner’s control. They may not be left unattended in the room or allowed to roam freely within the property.

Pets are not allowed to relieve themselves inside the building.

Pets are not allowed on beds, armchairs, chairs, or other furniture, and room or bathroom linens must not be used for them.

Washing pets in the accommodations’s bathrooms is not permitted.

• Leash and Muzzle

Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times while in common areas.

Owners must have a muzzle available and use it in situations that could pose potential risk to other guests or animals.

• Responsibility

Owners are fully responsible for their pet’s behavior and supervision throughout their stay, ensuring that the animal does not cause disturbance, damage, or danger to other guests or staff.

Any damage to people, property, or other animals is the sole responsibility of the owner.

Management reserves the right to terminate the stay in the event of inappropriate or aggressive behavior.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
