  Perfect hotel for exploring Florence

Liked: The location was perfect, a short walk to the main attractions but far enough to provide relief from the major crowds. The hotel was clean throughout and the complimentary breakfast offered a wide variety of foods to sustain us for the day. The reception was pleasant and accommodating.

Disliked: The tram was a bit noisy during the day starting around 5:30 a.m. best to opt for an interior room if you’re a light sleeper.

Liked: Staff was very professional and helpful. They really took care of us. Shout out to the receptionist who called me at 3 50am to notify me that my taxi had arrived, otherwise i would've slept through and missed my taxi and also my flight 😅 Also we couldn't make it to breakfast on our last day so they prepared some snacks for us to take with us. Super kind and worth the price
