Exceptional
Great location, will visit again!
Liked: The owner was very attentive, and she guided us through self check-in without any trouble. There wasn't really a "breakfast", only some coffee capsules to make coffee, but it wasn't really a problem because the location of the apartment is amazing and there is a bakery literally next door to the building. The best part of the stay is definitely the proximity of everything - from bakeries, restaurants, bus stop, the beach... You can really get to everything in 15 minutes max. We also accidentally landed our stay during their Gaeta buskers festival that was happening on the exact street where the apartment is located, and it happened to be the best experience of our entire trip. The apartment itself has everything one needs, and it was really nice for a two-person trip. If we visit Gaeta again, we would gladly stay here again.
Disliked: The kitchen supplies weren't really that clean, probably the cleaners don't check if the dishes and pots were properly cleaned by the guests. We also saw some ants around the apartment, but it was nothing major, they probably got in through the balcony during the stay.
Comfortable flat with extremely uncomfortable stairs
Liked: The flat was clean and tidy. However, we had quite a challenge with the stairs. The owner offered us an alternative solution. So, they are flexible and supportive
Disliked: The stairs to the flat were extremely narrow and dangerous. We traveled with an infant and it was a complete disaster to walk up the stairs with the baby and our luggage. We were offered the flat on the top floor and it was even narrower and with a low ceiling. If you ever climbed narrow towers-that’s exactly the feeling. Definitely not for tall people, claustrophobic people and especially with kids.
Exceptional
Liked: Location is excellent and the property has everything you need. Great cafes nearby and plenty of shops to buy groceries. Paola was very responsive and answered all questions we had. Would definitely stay again.
