Disliked: It was dirty and smelled real bad from the waistbins. i didnt understand why this was called "Delux" - juat a usual, even small room, i struggled with th tv remote control for 15 min, cuz the batteries were old, the thick layer of dust behind the tv set, the water in the shower didn't go down, the "breakfast included" was a table outside room with some coockies and a fridge where u could find bread from supermarket, 4 eggs, 2 apples and slices of cheese. I have a suspision that the owner of this "delux" is making the cleaning himself, cus it really looked like a bad cleanig. The smell from the waist-bins was awfull, they were full, so i guess with such an attitude it was dangerous to use anything on that "buffet table".
Disappointing experience
Liked: The location is convenient and close to everything.
Disliked: The room was left to me very dirty and dusty from the previous guest, the breakfast was poor, and it was really noisy during the night because of the bathroom. The bathroom light barely worked, and I was given only one roll of toilet paper for a three-day stay. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience despite the excellent location.

Centrally located B&B with easy check-in and nearby restaurants
Liked: The location was excellent, very close to the center of Genoa, with restaurants and cafes within walking distance. The room met our expectations and was clean. There was no problem finding parking; blue-marked public parking spaces were available on the back street. Check-in was very easy via WhatsApp video call. The breakfast buffet was the same on both days, and while it was convenient, I think leaving open food unchanged for a long time could be risky from a hygiene perspective. Overall, we recommend this accommodation for anyone looking for a central stay in Genoa.

Disliked: very poor and useless breakfast, no reception, no receipt for the payment, owner expects us to install and fill in unverified applications through mobile phone
Liked: Friendly and extremely available owner. Good location.
Disliked: The room was dirty when I arrived, with large pieces of dust clearly visible on the floor, which shows a lack of proper cleaning. Breakfast was included, but unfortunately, it was not edible. The croissants were stale, the biscuits were old and dry. Even the cups provided were dirty. Food was already there when we arrived, but it was clear that the food was not fresh and not prepared to a proper standard. I hope these issues are addressed to improve the experience for future guests, as the owner was extremely helpful and available.
