Actually stayed in the Grand Hotel Savoia, which is attached and seems to be part of the same hotel
Liked: Good location and a few minutes walk from Piazza Principe station and a stop for the Hop on Hop off buses. Within walking distance of Porto Antico area
Excellent hotel in a great location
Liked: Excellent location opposite the main station. Upgraded to the 5 star hotel next door in a superior room. Friendly informative reception staff and attentive waiters.

Great location, clean and lovely decor
Liked: Lovely little hotel near the train station. Loved the decor of the hotel, we stayed there a night before our cruise, as the cruise terminal is in walking distance, so saved on a taxi as well. Managed to check in 3 hours early for no charge, as room was ready, which was appreciated, as we were travelling since 3am on that day. We managed to use the spa which belongs to the hotel next door, you don’t have to go outside, the 2 hotels are connected via a 1st floor corridor. Spa was lovely only €20 for both of us. Definitely recommend this hotel due to its location and cleanliness.
Pretentious stay in humble town
Liked: The large room and the breakfast buffet
Disliked: The free upgrade to adjoining 5 star Savoia hôtel, of wich the restaurant and roof top terras were closed for a private évent. The shower head The last minute présentation of a « voluntary » service charge.
