Fabulous
A very convenient hotel for those traveling by car with a pet
Liked: The hotel is conveniently located for access to the highway. It has a garage and is pet-friendly. The food at the 6th-floor restaurant is delicious.
Disliked: I couldn't find scrambled eggs at breakfast this morning, although the breakfast was decent overall.
Liked: Staffs are so friendly and nice.
Great hotel
Liked: The staff were super! And the restaurant was excellent!
Disliked: Too far from beach.
Wonderful time using this as our home base to Santa Margherita and Camogli. Would 100% stay again
Liked: Modern and contemporary really liked the downstairs lounge and the rooftop restaurant. One of the better meals I had in the entire city in fact!
Disliked: The area is in a weird spot, parking is a little iffy but it’s conveniently next to a supermarket
Liked: Staff and hotel are great, especially the roof top bar
Disliked: The most uncomfortable thing is that the entrance to the hotel is also the smoking area; the smoke blows through into the foyer. The smell is noticeable in the foyer if the wind is correct. In addition, the exit/entry to the hotel is a 'non-smoker's challenge'. We were loading our van outside the hotel during a coach drop-off, we could not ask people to not smoke. The smokers' area in any hotel should not be right at any main entry.
Liked: The reception and breakfast area has been modernized.
Disliked: The restaurant staff are a bit rude.
