Fabulous
Perfect location, super staff, meh matrass
Liked: Location is perfect. Small parkinglot but their experienced staff can park your car neatly. Breakfast is good and coffee is great. Staff is super friendly.
Disliked: Matrasses are thin and should be changed. Not a great night of sleep
Liked: Absolutely will return! Friendly Italian staff & Property Manager was so helpful and could speak English to help with my questions
Liked: The staff was the best. They were all really nice and helpful, spoke English and really made a positive impression. The room is small but has everything you need and so does the bathroom. Breakfast was delicious and the area the hotel is in is super close to the marina, multiple bus stops and parks. We walked 25-30 minutes to the Ferrari square. They also offer parking for 15€ per night but we used the EasyPark app and parked on the street (for free on Sunday).
We had a nice time
Liked: Quiet, close to the centre of town, secure parking, staff very pleasant, clean, good breakfast. We liked the area of hotel, nice restaurants to choose of different budgets. Pet friendly.
Disliked: Parking facilities were a bit awkward but hotel did very fine job securing everyone staying. You have to reserve.

Liked: We got really nice room. Everything was clean. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Not far away from train station. Really recommending.
Liked: Good location, close to the city center. Comfortable room. Good breakfast.
Disliked: They tried to charge me for 2 bottles of water at check-out, but I believe it was a mistake. Also I had to pay the city tax, but it was included in the final booking price and paid in advance.
