Liked: Pros: * Great location, with easy access to the city and nearby attractions. * Communication was excellent. The lady who I believe owns the place was very friendly and helpful. She gave us lots of great recommendations on places to visit, how to use public transport, things to do, etc. * The apartment is small, but it’s well organised and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bathroom is also surprisingly spacious. * They asked if we needed cleaning, only after one day (out of two total) staying, and that was a really positive surprise. And a big plus is parking space!
Disliked: The towels had a strong smell of cleaning chemicals, possibly bleach, which was a bit unpleasant. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back if we visit Genoa again.
Liked: The owner was very friendly, helpful, and available. She provided excellent recommendations for places to eat and visit, which help our stay. Parking available but a bit expensive. Good supermarket nearby with fresh bread. Bus stop near for the day.
Disliked: The air conditioning did not work properly, and some basic utensils, such as a bread knife, were missing. The views were not particularly appealing, and the apartment is located quite far from the city center, which made transportation less convenient. During the day, getting around by bus was convenient. However, at night the bus did not stop nearby, and taxis were quite expensive. We also noticed a man sleeping next to our car, which made us feel less secure.

Disliked: A bit noisy because the building is facing to the big streets
Comfy and exactly what you need after a long trip:)
Liked: Really nice host who was waiting for us to check us in and show us everything regarding the property. We were given the larger room. There is a private parking space for 15 EUR per day. The property is midway between the city centre and a nice pebble beach.
Disliked: Can not say there was a view - but everything else was really nice!
