Exceptional
Liked: Amazing location. Close to everything.
Good
Liked: Very helpful staff, easy to find and close to restaurants. It's on the 5th floor and has a very small lift, but they let us bring bicycles inside and had storage behind reception! Great service.
Liked: Everything thing is perfect except the language problem. The man who works on the reception only speaks Italian and it's so tough to discuss. Anyways overall it the best place to sleep.
You get what you pay for. It seemed an ok place to sleep for one night but I was not able to sleep
Liked: Budget hotel close to the center.
Disliked: The room had a very strong, unpleasant odor. There was a whiff of cigarette smoke even though technically this was a nonsmoking room. But the worst part was the intense smell of cleaning products and laundry detergent. It was so intense that I was not able to sleep.
Not an actual Hotel
Liked: I chose hotel because I liked the photos as shown on Booking.com
Disliked: Didn't like the fact that this is NOT an actual hotel. It's a few rooms on floor no. 5, luckily there is a lift. The room was a little shabby, door of tiny bathroom was scratched and untidy. Genoa is a large busy city and we couldn't open windows when hot as too much traffic noise and air conditioning was very noisy too.
