  Staff were nice, but I wouldn’t hurry back

  Liked: The staff were kind, and helpful with left luggage. Breakfast was basic but I was grateful it was offered.

  Disliked: The rooms and facilities (bathroom) were quite basic and tired.

  Great location. Bad service

  Liked: Location was great, within walking distance of the beach and night life.

  Disliked: We didn’t receive any housekeeping service even though we were informed there was housekeeping every day. They turn off the AC every day throughout the day even if we were in the room, they were requested multiple times not to. Most employees were rude.

  You pay too much for what?

  Liked: Staff was ok. Location good.

  Disliked: Price high. Room and toilette smalls with bad conditions. Ive paid here but im in prpcess because the paymenr method was a labirinth and umfortunaly the case is yet open. The owner didnt help in this problem.

  Liked: The emplacement in old Bocadasse was perfect (with free parking, and nearby Lidl supermarket). You reach Genes center directly by a direct bus line

  Disliked: Hotel is old style (circa 1970), Rooms, reception breakfast corner, all really need a refreshement. Didn't suffer any inconvenience, as we ask for a quiet room in a corner, but room insonorisation could be a problem.
