Very nice and safe place with parking, kind host, and great for families

Modern, smart well equipped apartment with great gym
Liked: Lovely apartment, very modern and well furnished. Air conditioning fantastic in the heat. Superb gym, all good.
Disliked: A little bit far from the centre but only because of the 40 degrees heat during our stay.
Exceptional
Liked: I stayed at the Genoa marina and the location was charming. There are many nice restaurants nearby within walking distance. The parking was free, and it was a secure-covered garage, which was very convenient. I had a great stay and would definitely recommend it!
Nice and calm place overlooking yacht berth
Liked: We were the first guests to stay in this house. The apartment, along with the entire building, is brand new and beautifully decorated. It has all the necessary amenities, including a washer/dryer. The apartment is controlled via a smart home unit and features an active air ventilation system, so the air remains fresh and there's no need to open the windows. There were even toys and table games for our kids, which they really loved. We arrived by car and appreciated the available parking garage, making parking hassle-free. Although we encountered some minor technical issues typical for a new property, Stefania quickly arranged for technicians to resolve them. Stefania is a very responsive and dedicated host, providing clear instructions and a helpful brochure with information about the area and must-see places in Genova. We will be happy to stay there one more time once back to Genova.
Disliked: The only downside is that the surrounding area is still under construction, but this will be a gorgeous place once ennoblement is completed soon. Especially, if you’re coming by boat:)
