  Great big disappointment - better avoid the stress

  Liked: The room was decently sized, big enough for us both to have enough space for our stuff.

  Disliked: Wow, what can I say. The least of the issues was the location - which to be fair, was our own fault for not knowing what we were getting into. Importantly, the kitchen appliances did not work. Neither the cooker nor the fridge - which was shocking. The cooker did not work with the pans provided and the fridge was leaking everywhere because it could not maintain the correct temperature. Additionally, the electricity couldn't cope with having more than two plugs being used at once, or it would shut off. There was no handsoap, dishsoap, only shampoo samples. Not even enough toilet paper. Also, the apartment was dirty, including dishes and cutlery and such. Turns out, the guests are the ones who clean the pots and dishes (probably without soap). When we cleaned them (before use, thank God), the towels we used were turning brown because of how dirty it was. Shocking. The final nail in the coffin was when we were asked to take all our rubbish to the public bins when checking out. Which might not seem like much, but on top of the rest of the horrible experience it was just too much asked. The customer support could/would do nothing when we addressed the different issues concerning appliances. All in all, horrible experience, -20/10, would not recommend

  Liked: Clean Renovated Thorough instructions to get there, helpful owner

  Disliked: -The room is on the 5th floor no elevator, should be mentioned in the description for people who might have a problem with that. -Not recommended for solo female travelers or just girls travelling because of the location, although centric, at night it’s very sketchy definitely don’t wanna get lost returning there and during the day the street is a spot for sex workers, literally when you open the door. -Another issue was the electricity problem with the power overload, so you can’t cook or dry your hair continuously blowing the power fuse. -Not unlimited hot water either although it gets hot fast. -Very early checkout at 10am

  An amazing time in an amazing city, with helpful staff to support us with a beautiful apartment! 10/10, grazie!!!

  Liked: The property was unique, located well in the city and although a little awkward to get to, the staff were more than prepared to assist locating with videos to guide, thoroughly impressed

  Disliked: That we couldn’t stay any longer:) Honestly, I have no negatives for this property or the staff
